Born and raised in Seattle, Washington, I began cooking for my father’s catering company when I was just 15 years old.  In the years since then, I have created cuisine for people at large events and small, intimate gatherings in both restaurant kitchens and private homes.  I believe that food is one of the great pleasures of life and that what we eat should be delicious, beautiful and good for you.  I have been lucky to have the opportunity to work with extraordinary chefs in many beautiful locations, but the best part of my job continues to be the moment that a table filled with hungry people falls silent as they enjoy my food.
